Meyer on Rothschild tower, Tel Aviv

The Mayer on Rothschild Tower is a skyscraper located on Allenby Street and 34 Rothschild Boulevard in Tel Aviv, near the U-Bank Tower. It is one of the tallest residential building in Israel, at a height of about 158 meters.
The tower was designed by the international architect Richard Meier and the tower is named after him. Apart from the tower, the project also includes commercial spaces facing Allenby and Yavneh streets, which include preservation of the facade of the office buildings that were there in the past. In the front facing 111 Allenby Street, an indoor food market, “”Rothschild Allenby Market””, was established, replacing the Tamar Passage that previously operated there. The tower includes 37 floors built above a commercial center with an area of 2,900 square meters. A six-story parking garage in the basement of the building and a swimming pool is located on the roof of the shopping center.
